Hillary began her career as a real estate agent after falling in love with the process of flipping homes with her contractor husband. As an investor herself, she’s always on top of the most current regulations and development considerations. She excels at helping clients balance the emotional aspect of transacting in real estate with critical and investment considerations.

Hillary and her husband Tim live in the west end of Toronto with their dogs. When she’s not living and breathing real estate and construction, Hillary loves to take advantage of all the city has to offer like a new exercise class or the latest restaurant. Volunteering and giving back has always been something close to her heart, particularly regarding mental health and housing. She’s volunteered with suicide prevention, crisis phone lines and mental health advocacy for over 2 decades. Currently she volunteers on a suicide prevention initiative at Sunnybrook Hospital and co-chairs the Sunnybrook Next Generation Sponsorship Committee. As a part of her PAY IT FORWARD initiative, she donates a portion of each real estate commission to Sistering (a non-profit organization supporting at-risk, socially isolated women and trans folks in Toronto who are homeless or precariously housed) and Covenant House (Canada’s largest agency serving youth who are homeless, trafficked or at risk).

Janelle Blair

Janelle’s primary goal is to help her client’s have an enjoyable and stress free real estate experience. Her thoughtful and detailed approach ensures her clients are fully informed about the process and prepared for the current market conditions. Janelle comes to real estate after being immersed in housing and renovations while working for many years as a Producer in the Canadian television industry. She spent a large part of her career working on HGTV renovation shows and was integral in the construction and design process on dozens of large-scale projects.

Whether interested in buying, selling, or investing, Janelle is committed to her client’s success. She has studied negotiating techniques at the Real Estate Negotiation Institute and is designated a Certified Master Negotiator.

Janelle grew up in the Hamilton area and has called Toronto home for the past twenty years. Currently, she lives in the Junction area of west Toronto with her young family. Support for those facing cancer treatment is a cause close to her heart, over the last decade she has been involved with raising awareness and advocating for support for young women affected by breast cancer.

Paying it forward

Given the increasing challenges many people in Toronto and the GTA are facing, I was hoping to find a way my business could consistently give back. A while back I was introduced to a couple pretty special places that are making a huge impact and I knew instantly I wanted to be involved. A portion of each real estate sale commission will be donated to support their courageous efforts and tireless work.

Sistering is a non-profit organization supporting at-risk, socially isolated women and trans folks in Toronto who are homeless or precariously housed. They provide a variety of services from include a low barrier 24/7 drop in, aiding with employment and securing stable housing, case support, harm reduction, peer outreach, spun studio social enterprise, and individual and systemic advocacy. Sistering offers practical and emotional support to those who experience social isolation, homelessness or precarious housing, trauma and violence, discrimination, substance use, or need mental health support.

Covenant House helps youth ignite their potential and reclaim their lives. As Canada’s largest agency serving youth who are homeless, trafficked or at risk, we offer the widest range of 24-7 services to more than 300 young people each day. Covenant House is more than a place to stay, they provide life-changing care with unconditional love and respect. They meet youth’s immediate needs and then work together with them to achieve their future goals. They offer housing options, health and well-being support, training and skill development, and ongoing care once youth move into the community.
